Where is Morrocoy?

The Morrocoy National Park is located on the eastern coast of Falcón State and the northwestern "Gulf Sad", in central western Venezuelan coast near the towns of Boca de Aroa, Tucacas, Sanare, Chichiriviche, Flamenco and Tocuyo Coast . It was declared a National Park on May 26, 1974.


The park extends both terrestrial and aquatic areas Triste Gulf, contains an area of ​​mangroves and numerous islets, among which are Drunk, Dead Sombrero, Sal, Las Animas and Peraza, among others, with spectacular beaches white sand beach as Mero, Paiclas, Juanes, Playuela, Tucupido Blue Dry Mouth and many more.
